This visit may also include a professional cleaning to remove surface stains and prepare your teeth for more even, effective results.

In-Office Whitening: Our in-office whitening treatment delivers noticeable results in just a single visit. We protect your gums with a barrier, apply a powerful whitening gel, and may use a specialized light to boost stain removal—brightening your smile in about 60–90 minutes.

Take-Home Whitening Kit: If you prefer a gradual approach, our take-home kit includes custom trays and professional-strength whitening gel. Worn daily over 1–2 weeks, it offers flexibility and control as you whiten your smile comfortably from home.

Next Steps

Manage Sensitivity: Use your custom-fitted trays with sensitivity gel for 2–4 hours to help soothe and protect sensitive teeth before whitening.

Gradual Whitening at Home: Once sensitivity is under control, begin your at-home whitening treatment using either 15% or 35% gel, based on your dentist’s recommendation.

Minimize Staining: Drink staining beverages through a straw to limit contact with your teeth and help preserve your results.

Avoid Staining Foods & Drinks: For the first 48 hours, avoid foods and drinks like coffee, red wine, berries and tomato-based sauces that can discolor freshly whitened teeth.

No Smoking or Tobacco: Refrain from using any tobacco products, as they can quickly stain and compromise your whitening results.
